Do you have a start-up fee?

We are currently waiving our activation fee for a limited time.

Do you require experience?

No! We work with both new and experienced agents.

For new agents, we offer a lot of educational resources to help you learn the ropes. In addition, our friendly team and supportive network of agents are always around to help you with any questions you might have.

What do you require before I become a member?

Before you become a member of WorldVia Travel Quest Network you will need to complete our signup and onboarding process.

For the signup process, you will need to submit the required documents for your selected plan. (See below)

For the onboarding process, you will need to complete our Launch Sequence, a series of introductory videos designed to introduce you to WorldVia, our products and programs, and begin your journey as a travel advisor. You will also need to complete the Live Tour, a one-hour interactive webinar, where our Member Success team will provide you with an overview of our main member hub (WorldVia PRO) and show you everything related to booking air, hotels, cruises, and how to submit your invoices through Commission Manager.

You will receive an email after you complete your purchase guiding you through the next steps of the process.

What does the Individual Plan Require?

You can join our Individual Plan as an independent contractor. While you are not required to join as an LLC or S-Corp, we do advise that you review the most advantageous and protective business entity options for yourself.

Once you have completed the purchase of your plan through our website, you will receive an email walking you through your next steps.

Please note that you will need to upload a W-9 and a photo of yourself for facial verification purposes.

If you choose to upgrade from the Individual Plan to Growth, Team, or Enterprise, you will need to provide a business entity like an LLC or S-Corp.

What do the Growth, Team and Enterprise Plans require?

These plans require you to have your own LLC, or another corporate business entity. You will need your LLC, EIN, Articles of Incorporation, Letter from the IRS regarding your EIN, and a photo of yourself for facial verification purposes.

Here are the steps you need to follow in order to become an active member of WorldVia Travel Quest Network with one of the stated plans above:

1. Create your legal entity if you haven't already. You will be required to upload a copy of your Certificate of Incorporation/ Organization from your home state.
2. Obtain your EIN (Employer Identification Number) if you haven't already. You will be required to upload a copy of the EIN Letter of Issuance provided by the IRS.
3. Sign the Agency Owner Verification Authorization and Performance Guaranty via DocuSign.

Once the documents have been uploaded and the launchpad checklist has been successfully completed, we will begin a criminal background check and email you when your account is fully activated.

Are you registered as a Seller of Travel in California, Florida, Hawaii, and Washington?

We are registered with California, Florida, and the state of Washington.

We do not have a seller of travel license for Hawaii.

You do not need your own Seller of Travel registration as long as you abide by all of the following:

  • Your business model is a single-member LLC, or a single-shareholder S Corp.
  • You have a written contract with a host agency that has a Seller of Travel Registration.
  • You are selling through your host with your host's accreditation number.
  • You use your host's accreditation for all bookings (no booking direct and bypassing the host).
  • All fees (consultation/service fees) must be processed through the host agency.
  • Clients must pay the host or supplier directly. (No taking cash. Checks would need to be made out to the host agency.)
  • You must disclose to every sale that you belong to a host, including the host's name, address, phone number, and registration number.

When and how do I get paid?

You will enter the sale into our Commission Manager tool when you sell travel.

When your client has traveled, the supplier will pay our agency the commission earned.

Depending on your plan's revenue share, your portion of the revenue share will be deposited directly into your bank account weekly.

What happens to my commission if I end my membership?

You work hard for those commissions whether you choose to stay with us or not. If you leave WorldVia Travel Quest Network, we will still pay out the commissions that you booked during your time with us as they come in.

Am I required to give up my clients and agency name?

Absolutely not! You are simply working as an independent agent for Worldvia Travel Quest Network and keeping your own business identity. All clients you bring to and attain while at WorldVia Travel Quest Network are your clients and will remain your clients.

Is WorldVia Travel Quest Network part of any consortium?

Yes - we are an Associate Member of the Travel Leaders Network and part of their President's Circle.

What GDS/CRS system do you use?

We currently offer Sabre to our experienced agents. Agents must have 2 years of experience on the GDS and pass a fluency interview. Our independent contractors will have complete access to this system, e-learning, and web-x training. If your travel agency is currently on another GDS, please give us a call about any concerns you may have about switching systems.

We're happy to let you speak with some of our agents who changed systems when they came to WorldVia Travel Quest Network.

Will I have the opportunity to have my own IATAN and or CLIA membership?

IATAN requires you to make $5k in commissions before applying for your personal IATAN card. Once you have met that requirement, our Agency Services team will assist you in applying for it.

WorldVia Travel Quest Network is a Premier Agency Member of CLIA, which enables us to offer discounted individual memberships and four complimentary CLIA educational courses a year!

How long is a contract with WorldVia Travel Quest Network?
